Ordering a skip from Clearers South East Ltd is simple, there are just a few things that need considering to ensure your skip hire works best for you.

What does the price of hiring a skip include?
The price from Clearers South East includes delivery, collection, disposal and hire.

How long can I keep the skip?
Unlike most skip companies we are flexible on skip hire length of time and therefore please let us know how long you wish to have the skip and we will agree accordingly.

How quickly can be skip be delivered?
Sometimes the same day, otherwise we offer next day delivery.

When does it get collected?
We wait for you to let us know when you are ready to have your skip collected unless excessive time has passed where we will contact you regarding collection.

Do I have to wait in for a skip?
Clearers South East Ltd can take card payment at the point of ordering and therefore delivery can be made without you needing to be on site.

Can the driver wait while I load my skip?
We can offer a “wait and load” which allows you to avoid the council licence fee and achieve a quick turn around. There may be an extra charge for this.

I don’t have room on my property for the skip can I put it on the road?
You will need a road permit. This needs to be obtained from the council but we will arrange this for you. There is a charge from the council for this, please call us and we can confirm the cost in your area.

What access do I need to provide?
Please ensure there is sufficient access and suitable ground conditions for the vehicles to get in and out of your property safely. If you are unsure please call us for advice and dimensions.

What can’t I put in the skip?
There are some items which cannot be put into the skip without Clearers' prior knowledge and permission. We can often arrange for disposal although it requires special arrangements and an extra charge. The items include Asbestos based materials, chemicals and fridge freezers.
